NOTICE OF SUPPLY FOR EQUIPMENTS AND OTHER RELATED MATERIALS

As Safe Community Youth Initiative plans to commence the implementation of the Strengthening Grassroots Youth CSOs to Meaningfully Engage in Governance Processes Project, we intend to purchase laptops, desktops, roll-up banner and T-shirts, conference and Meals.

Local suppliers are requested to urgently submit the quotations for the aforementioned equipment, services and/ or items that meet the Kenya Bureau of Standards specifications. The quotations should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, addressed to the Safe Community Youth Initiative Procurement Committee and submitted to the Office at Mtomondoni Office on or before 25th December 2022 at 12:00 noon.

Prospective suppliers should include the following details as a minimum in their submissions: Name, location of the business, item specification/ description, unit prices including VAT costs.
